At DRTY NCTR, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased through our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Drty@drtynctr.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note that the 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply as all purchases from DRTY are final and non-returnable.
